I remember HATING MK3. The robots, Jax's "Colossus" metal arms, Sindel, Stryker...ugh. It was like the character design team was on acid.

I'm ashamed at some of you for saying MKII was the greatest arcade game ever. That honor goes to NBA Jam, where I could play the soon-to-be-retired Kevin McHale and soon-to-be-deceased Reggie Lewis :( and lead my Celtics to the NBA Finals. That game had TONS of secrets and codes and was pure arcade bliss.

Time to close out Detroit tonight. I'm sick of Mike Breen and that attention 'ho "Mason" (what, no first name?).

If the celtics come out in the way they did in game 3. They have a good shot. They just can not give up the lead. Keep going, Keep Hustling. Pistons are too good a team to get down on themselves.

Go Celtics!

It'll be 8:40 or so. These late nights are killing me. That is why I would like them to close it out tonight, so I can get normal sleep on Sunday night.

I agree...it's reminding me of what happened to me during the two Red Sox World Series runs in 2004 and 2007...it took me weeks to catch up on all that lost sleep!

What we need:

-Perkins to eat Flip Saunders and Co. again.
-Ray Allen to continue to hit outside shots.
-Pierce to do his thing.
-KG to have a scorer's killer-instinct mentality.
-Sam Cassell to stay on the bench.

Victory!

Sorry to hear that about your late nights guys, but it actually benefits me. I work at night, so a normal regular season game I would never catch anything but the postgame. When a game starts at 8:30 or so, I usually catch all of the second half. :)

But I do agree, let's hope they finish them off tonight!

I don't mind the late starts either, because my job goes from 10:00 to 6:00, and I live a 15 minute walk away. I can sleep in after a long Cs game. Ahhhhh, the good life!

Oh yeah, we also need our Anti-Jinx, MaxwellSmart, to slather the board with some well-timed negativity. Max, you gonna be here tonight???

No surprise, but it is official that rip hamilton (elbow) will play game 6.

rotoworld wrote:Richard Hamilton will play in Game 6 on Friday, despite hyper-extending his right elbow during the final minutes of Wednesday's loss.

"I ain't got no choice," Hamilton said. "I told guys today don't look at me as a handicap out there. I am ready. I am good to go." The injury is to Hamilton's shooting elbow, so we wouldn't be surprised if his shot suffers. There's also a chance --however slim, in an elimination game-- that the injury will reduce his minutes, meaning Rodney Stuckey would get extra burn. May. 30 - 12:25 pm et

Saw that. Hopefully he'll be more of a detriment to the Pistons.

And none of this "Waah waah I want to beat them at full strength!" garbage. One game away from the finals!

You guys I got to get this off my chest. I had a horrible dream last night that during the second quarter Rip Hamilton layed out Paul Pierce and he had to leave on a stretcher.

Questionable refs tonight.

Bennett Salvatore

Joe DeRosa - Number one homer ref in the NBA. Home teams are 51-26-2 against the spread in games he has reffed this year. The number one homer ref in the league has work in the playoffs???

Oh no!

The only way this could get better is if Violet Palmer was the third!

Isn't the league such a joke when players, coaches, and fans know that certain refs have certain proclivities that can affect the outcome of a game so much?
