Not really. He has a smooth spin move, and he rarely travels.
Dwayne Wade and Lebron James on the other hand are grade A travelers

You're right, it's not his spin move, but he travels pretty frequently for a big man, and he got called for 2 or 3 last night. I mean, he's obviously a really great player, I'm not hating, but his illegal picks are really bad and some of his travels are pretty blatant.

By definition almost every big man in the NBA sets illegal screens. Stop nitpicking. Some of you guys want the games to be called as if they are playing in a concentration camp.

Missed 36 of his last 50 shots.
Sorry that has to be Iverson.

Garnett is getting away with murder on his screens. They aren't just moving but he's flat out pushing guys. Look at that video again and watch the very first pick. He's blocking guys like he's playing for the Patriots.

It did seem like as the night wore on, Garnett got more and more aggressive with his screen setting. There was a play in the fourth where Odom tipped the ball out and almost got a steal, the Celtics recovered and Garnett screened/pushed the Laker defender twice so he couldn't get over to challenge a Ray Allen three.
I normally wouldn't mind them letting the players play away from the ball more, but when you're running directly off a screen into a jumper, I'd like the screen to be cleaner than what Garnett was doing.
The same official on the other end, then called Gasol for a foul when he and Garnett got locked up in the middle away from the ball, irrelevant to the play.
One of the reasons why Garnett was wide open for that dunk down the lane late, was the Lakers were having to blitz around the screen to challenge a jumper, since they had no chance of fighting through the multiple, aggressive screens Garnett was setting.

oh he was getting rough with the screens, and I think every time they didn't call it, he was trying to throw a little bit more into it.
The one where Kobe got totally stuck in his chest though, that one looked legit.

Seriously, what else is there to talk about except the officiating right now? You don't have anything to add so you complain about people complaining about offciating.

It just seems like with the Pistons in 2004, Bruce Bowen for his career, and the Celtics this year, the way to success is to get away with as much bending of the rules as possible. Knowing how to subvert the rules and get away with things seems as important as defensive fundamentals. Guys like Bowen, P.J. Brown, Mutumbo, and Mourning can probably play forever, since they have a combination of these skills and a defensive reputation.
The time KG got called for the screen, it was probably the cleanest of the 5 or 6 he set that play. At that point he was just getting greedy.
