I saw a topic of this on the GD board late last night and I honestly didn't believe this was true. I was watching the video and I was expecting a ghost or zombie to just pop out and scare me, next thing I know BAM a python appears.

I think the HS was in reference to Huge Schlong, but that's just speculation.
