Now that your season is officially over do you stick with RG3 or switch to Cousins? No way Snyder is going to keep your coaching staff & roster in tack after this year.
I'm done with Shanahan. The horrendous special teams, the penalties, and the fact that the defense has made zero progress in 4 years shows that he's just not getting the job done (pretty much like his last couple years in Denver).
As for Griffin, I'd like to see what Cousins has rather than running RG3 into the ground again. If Cousins shows he really is a starting NFL QB, maybe you deal Grffiin and try to get some of those picks back. Or, if Cousins is just ordinary, you at least keep Griffin safe on the bench and let him get healthy. Then use the cap space we get back next summer to get a bigger O-line to protect him.
Either of those alternatives is better than letting RG3 crumple in a heap like last year, which is bound to happen the way this team is playing. Like him or not, he's the team's biggest asset and they need to maintain the value he still has left.
